Medicai is a healthtech startup focused on building the infrastructure behind medical imaging workflows. I joined the team in 2020, just as the MVP was taking shape, and helped scale it into a platform now used by over 30,000 users across 70+ healthcare organizations.

My role covered end-to-end product design for both web and mobile, and everything from running research sessions with clinicians and patients to creating a design system that sped up delivery by around 60%.

On the growth side, I led the redesign and development of the marketing site, leading to a 3x rise in conversion rate.

Eupnoos is a digital health startup working on AI-powered tools for respiratory diagnostics.

I led product design for the mobile app, which allows patients to perform clinical-grade lung tests right from their smartphones.

Collaborating closely with clinicians, researchers, and engineers, I designed testing flows, dashboards, and a cross-platform design system, always with a focus on medical accuracy and compliance.
